Deep in the heart of the Naal'Mazian jungles lies a Quickgate. A gift of the gods, Quickgates link each continent; a walk of hours through the Quickgates enable a person to cross half way across the world. Each continent is linked by the Quickgates.

     Currently, the space between (the name given to the strange dimension which links the Quickgates) has become fhe haunt of an insane Immortal. His name long forgotten, this mad god roams the space between, preying on all who would use the Quickgates.

     Due to the extreme danger of their use, the Quickgates have fallen into disuse. Now, few even know of their existence. Fewer still are those brave souls powerful (or foolish) enough to brave their use.
