Tryllspace

There are many worlds in Tryllspace, each flat discs, of varying diameter. At the center of the sphere lies Idyllia, home of the gods and immortals. All travel to and from Idyllia is done only with the permission of the gods. Foolish indeed is the mortal who attempts to travel there without permission.

Above Idyllia lies Syrinos, and world populated entirely by humans. The power of magic on Syrinos is weak indeed. So week, that Syrinotions consider magic, and indeed, other races, to be little more than the imaginings of a child.

The next world is Arkath, a world of lakes and forest. This land is populated by elves and humans. The humans of this world are considered by the elves to be slightly more intelligent than animals. They have been enslaved by their elven companions, and serve their every whim.

The sixth world is the mountain world of Leiminar. There are no oceans here, but several large lakes can be found within the mountainous terrain. This world is populated by both dwarves and humans. Both races live underground, in a harmonious society known as the Ascendant Unity. They were driven there when their world was attacked by the dragons of Sylchanar.
The dragons attempted to take over this world, but gave up after 19 years of battle. The humans and dwarves were too difficult to track and destroy in the mountain depths, and the dragons eventually gave up in disgust.

The world of Sylchanar is ruled by the Council of Worms, and is a land of dragons. The dragons have allowed other races to dwell there in small numbers, to act as their servants. Some few humans and demi-humans resist the dragons, and have formed independant societies. These pathetic few are no danger to the dragons, so the Council tolerates them...barely.

The world of Rendos is indeed disturbing. It is controlled by trolls, and is a most unpleasant place.

The third land is called Hyrcrain, which means "Heartstone" in the dwarven tongue. The land is mostly mountainous, but does contain numerous plains and valleys. Small colonies of humans can be found living above ground, but these villages rarely number more than 20 or 30 individuals.

The second world, Silverglade, is the world closest to Tryll, both in space and in geography. It is populated by elves...and only elves. No humans, no dwarves, no trolls, orcs or goblins. Animal species abound, but the elves are the only sentients.
The reason for this is simple. The elves of Silverglade are rabid racists, and despise and hate any non-elves. These elves will kill non-elves on sight, with no warning, explanation, or communication possible. They even go so far as to despise any elf who will deal with non-elves (although will not necessarily kill these elves).

The outermost world of Tryllspace is Tryll. As it lies above the other worlds, there are no moons in it's night time sky.
